Job description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and generate revenue in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services/products and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Pitch IT services/solutions such as software development, cloud services, managed IT services, etc.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams for proposal development.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in A/R calling in U.S. healthcare
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordinating or mentoring role
  • Good knowledge of the denial management process
  • Familiarity with EHR/RCM tools like AdvancedMD, NextGen, etc
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in business development or IT sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, software solutions, cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or other lead-gen platforms.
  • Technical background or exposure to software development lifecycle.
