Role Overwview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance applications and products. This includes solution design, development, testing, and deployment. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. We are looking for a passionate engineer with strong backend expertise and proficiency in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React.js is a plus. Additionally, experience in developing and integrating solutions using Generative AI will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, handling the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Build and optimize high-performance backend systems using Python (Django) and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React.js is a plus.
• Work on database design and query optimization using RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Implement scalable solutions for data processing, analysis, and real-time streaming of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other Engineers to define and implement best practices for system architecture and user experience.
• Integrate Generative AI models and APIs into applications to enhance functionality and user interactions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring applications run efficiently and reliably.
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices in software engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of professional experience in software development, web applications, and solutions engineering.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Django REST API development and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL programming, schema design, and performance tuning on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Strong frontend development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, design patterns, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in developing and integrating solutions using Generative AI is a plus.
